Who we are
Dius Plast is a plastics factory in the Bektemir district of Tashkent. We produce reusable crates for farmers, fruit and vegetable exporters, food producers and logistics companies.
Our crates work in markets, warehouses and factories across Uzbekistan and are exported to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. Our customers include Nestlé, Korzinka, Carrefour, Artel and other major companies.

Factory
Production process
From granule to finished crate — four stages, all under one roof
- Raw materialFood-grade HDPE granules. UV stabiliser and colour masterbatch are added.
- MouldingThe granules are melted and injected under high pressure into a steel mould. One crate takes seconds.
- Quality controlSize, weight and strength are checked. Rejects go back for recycling.
- ShippingCrates are stacked, palletised and loaded into the customer’s transport.

Steel moulds for over 20 sizes. A new mould can be made for a new size.
Any colour, embossed logo or marking on the crate.
Production waste is ground and reused — a zero-waste cycle.
